Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and free from perfume or any other substances.

The product must be returned in its original packaging exactly as received from AURA, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If any of the conditions above are not met, the exchange request will be rejected.

If an exchange request is rejected, the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition in which it was received.
